Pulse News "Bringing you good news"

Although functional and pleasantly appealing, this app has a serious bias issue. Seriously!

The app allows you to choose sources to prefetch news from that source to your droid phone. These sources are organized in sections: Technology, politics, business., etc. Each section has a recommended list. Pulse also tops of the recommended list with its own source called "Top". Certainly most people utilize this "Top" source. The assumption being that there is some kind of a rating system that votes or trends towards the top news story in that category.

What I noticed through weeks of reading these "top" stories is that somehow most if not all of them come from the most liberal of sources available on the web. Politico, ThinkProgress, Crooks and Liars...How can any articles published by these sources ever be considered "top News" or news at all for that matter?

How uncool, almost cruel... This app maker is blatantly picking published opinions by leftist columnists and propagating them as "top news" to unsuspecting readers.

What a joke!
